It's been a busy summer, with more and more customers and partners making the most of the Synchronicity Echo Managed Service to migrate their Dynamics on premise CRM to Dynamics 365.
The team has been busy this year. In December last year I wrote about the service we offer migrating Dynamics 365 attachment data to SharePoint. We have expanded that service to include the addition of metadata in SharePoint derived from Dynamics CRM database. One key advantage of this is offering a link back to the Dynamics 365 record the attachment was originally associated with.
In addition we have packaged the SharePoint integration to allow it's on-going operation in Dynamics 365, meaning all of the attachments that would normally take up Dynamics 365 storage, can now be tagged and imported into SharePoint.
